Challenge

In the heart of Aarhus lies the apartment complex Klostergaarden, consisting of 46 apartments.  The developer Bricks challenged me to brand, and market the entire project – before it was build.

Results

More than half of the apartments was sold before they where finished.

Solution

How do you sell 46 apartments that is not build yet? By developing a strong brand and visual dentity that resonates with potential buyers and help them imagine the end Creating PR and events that invite potential buyers to visit the ongoing project and building an online presence where everyone could follow the progress of the development.
